By accessing or using the Maharashtra Host Directory Portal (“the Portal”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Portal.

2. User Eligibility

You must be a registered Airbnb host in Maharashtra to use the Portal. You must also be at least 18 years old.

3. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.
• You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You agree to notify me immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Content

• You are solely responsible for the content you submit to the Portal (“User Content”).
• By submitting User Content, you grant me a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your User Content in connection with the Portal.
• You represent and warrant that your User Content does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party.

5. Privacy

• By using the Portal, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in my Privacy Policy.
• You acknowledge that other registered users of the Portal will be able to view your profile information, including your name, email, phone number, Airbnb profile link, listing link, and listing locations.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

• The Portal is provided free of charge on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
• I make no warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the content on the Portal.

7. Limitation of Liability

• I am not liable for any damages arising out of your use of the Portal.

8. Indemnification

• You agree to indemnify and hold me harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising out of your use of the Portal.

9. Modifications to the Portal

• I reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Portal at any time.

10. Governing Law

• These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Maharashtra, India.

11. Dispute Resolution

• Any dispute arising out of these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

12. Entire Agreement

• These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and me regarding the use of the Portal.

13. Severability

• If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the rest of the Terms, which shall remain in full force and effect.

14. Changes to Terms

• I may update these Terms from time to time. I will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on the Portal.
